Where are you based?
We are based in North West London, more specifically Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire.
Do you shoot outside your area?
Absolutely! We can travel anywhere in the world!
Do you charge extra for the travel?
Each package includes travel within 10 miles of Rickmansworth, further afield will incur small charge. Travel outside England will incur all travel and accommodation fees.
What should i wear?
My advice is to stay away from bright mismatched colors, large logos, stripes and other ornaments. Plain soft neutral colors photograph the best. For studio sessions, please have clean shoes to change into, matching socks or you can simply be barefoot. If you are unsure about your clothing choice, i'm more than happy to discuss it with you before the session.
Do you provide clothes?
We do offer some maternity and children outfits, sizes and styles can be discussed before your session.
What if i want more pictures?
No problem at all. Extra pictures are available to order on top of every package at £20 per image.
Can i also get all the unedited photos on top of my package?
We cannot provide any unedited or raw files. Every photo you receive will be professionally edited to give you the best quality.
When will i receive my pictures?
It usually takes around 2 weeks to receive your photos. For larger quantities or busy times up to 3 weeks.
Do I have to order prints through you?
Not at all, but if you decide to print them elsewhere, we cannot guarantee the print quality of other vendors. We use trusted professional printing lab to achieve the best quality for your prints, so ordering through us is advised.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Of course! We offer any package or monetary value gift vouchers. All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase. All Voucher sales are final and non-refundable.
